We arrived about 4PM on Christmas day, understandably the office was closed. We used the "late check-in" option and filled out the registration. We had a 50 amp pull-through, the rate was $51.40. If we had not had a long hard day of driving we would have continued on to somewhere else. The cable TV did not work well, very snowy picture; as no one in the office we were not able to get the password for the wifi; there was a bad smell around our site. Not sure if the smell is sewer or wet leaves but it is not pleasant. The price is much too high for this park, it should be about $35 if the cable worked and you could use the wifi. We will not stay here again.

Excellent new park. Cable & Wi-Fi worked great. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Snow on the ground when we arrived and another 2" overnight. Roads were clear and easy to get around. We are 40' plus toad and fit nicely in the pull through and did not need to unhook. Only downside for us was the price, $38 is too high for this park and this area.

Very friendly owner and quick check-in. We stayed in a very long pull-through in a new section put in to maximize satellite reception, even though they have cable TV. Very clean park, level gravel sites are wide and long to allow for any size or combination of rigs. We would return any time in this area. We are thinking of staying an extra day to enjoy the area.

We camped here during the motorcycle rally. The park is well managed by Ed who is very helpful in all ways. Brenda, the owner is a great host and makes sure you enjoy your time in Ruidoso. The park is clean and well cared for, some spaces right on the river. We stayed here for a week and will be there next year too! Ruidoso makes bikers very welcome.

The park is very basic. Our intent was to make this an overnight stop. The people in this whole town (243) were so friendly we stayed 4 days. The restaurant next store, Stubbs Grill is excellent and the owner Cory is right there all day. We enjoyed this location and would return. The park is very limited but the town is great.
